Frequently Asked Questions

We often get many questions here about who we are, ranging from the very general to the very specific. You will find a compilation of some of the most common questions we receive, below. If there are any questions that are not addressed on this website, please feel free to contact us.

What does the name of Mosaic stand for?

When the leadership staff began to address the question of a name for our new church, several ideas were voiced and given discussion; ultimately, we settled upon the name “Mosaic Church”. Our team felt that the term “Mosaic” best symbolized one of our most important directives: diversity. We believe that we will find members of every tongue, tribe, and nation in heaven, and that our church body should strive to mirror that unity to the best of our ability. Much like a mosaic picture is made complete with individual pieces, we believe that our church should reflect that design.

Who can come to Mosaic Church?

To put it simply, EVERYONE! We are committed to seeing all of Tallahassee come to serve Christ. It takes members of all ages and backgrounds to make a church community strong.
